Hi, I'm Arlen.

I'm in year 2 of a Bachelor of Arts/Science double-degree at Monash University, Australia.

My interests include programming, Asian language, culture, and linguistics in general.

I study Japanese, Chinese and Korean. The relative similarity between these East Asian languages and the cognates that result from the use of the CJK characters is of special interest.

RubyEx is the name of a parser/bytecode-compiler and bytecode-interpreting Linux kernel module for the programming language Ruby I am developing as time permits.
